She invited me right into the clean and organized office, fitted me for the machine and made sure to go over how to work it. She was wonderful to talk to and I felt like she genuinely listened and cared. Once I was fitted she told me that Miss Sharon in billing had gone out of her way and contacted my insurance, (that no one accepts) and was able to figure out how to bill them so I hopefully won't have to pay 100% out of pocket.
